Termination of Member
Indore Dil Se may terminate a Member’s contract or suspend use of Services for a set period without prior notification in any of the following instances.
- Behavior that is contrary to public order or good morals and manners.
- Criminal behavior.
- Planning or acting on plans to use Services with the goal of harming the national or public interest.
- Use of someone else’s username and password.
- Defamation of character or behavior injurious to another individual.
- Registering as a Member twice under different usernames.
- Actions hampering the positive use of Services, such as deliberate harm to Services.
- Behavior that violates the pertaining laws or conditions of use as defined by Indore Dil Se.
This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of India. The Member agrees that any dispute arising from use of Services or any other related dispute falls entirely under the jurisdiction of the court with jurisdiction over Indore Dil Se. The use of the Indore Dil Se or site is not permitted in areas that do not recognize the legal validity of this Agreement.
